The Fuzzy Jacket: A Fun Way to Stay Warm

As I’ve said before, sometimes I like to step outside of my comfort zone and embrace different styles and trends. This fuzzy jacket is definitely one of them. I’d say this definitely isn’t my normal go-to jacket but there was something about it that I just thought made it fun. So I went for it. The fuzzy jacket: a fun way to stay warm.

The fuzzy /teddy jacket went from the runways to your Instagram feed. Everyone is embracing this cozy yet chic topper. This piece adds a little edge and texture to your look.

Dressed Up with Somewhere to go

For a dressed-up look, I paired this fuzzy jacket with my new faux leather joggers. The perfect tank to pair with this jacket was hiding in my closet. I love when that happens! Found this tank years ago at Nordstrom Rack — glad I didn’t get rid of it during one of my many closet purges. So with that being said, I can’t link this exact one but I’ll share a few other options.

I wasn’t lying when I said that I’m wearing like the same 4 pairs of shoes lately. You’ve seen these heels before & you’ll continue to see them because quite frankly…they make me feel taller. My petite friends out there can understand how good a feeling that is.

For the Graphic Tee Kinda Day

Let’s face it an outfit post wouldn’t be a Jessica outfit post if I didn’t share a graphic tee. This is the newest one that I’ve added to my collection. (Sidetone: I work part-time as a Stylist at Evereve so this helps with my graphic tee addiction. I can get them at a discount.)

It would also be cute to pair a graphic tee with this ensemble. Another option would be to pair the graphic tee with these joggers and finish off the look with some heels.

This jacket might seem that it wouldn’t be that versatile but it really is. You just have to brainstorm a little and maybe think outside the box. But that’s what makes fashion so fun!

The Fuzzy Jacket: A Fun Way to Stay Warm

I have to be honest and say this was a trend that I wasn’t really sure if I could embrace. We saw it last year but it’s really hit the streets this year and we are seeing the fuzzy jacket in every style, length, and color.

I tend to like sleeker jackets but as I mentioned before there was just something this one. Sometimes the idea of wearing something that would feel like you were wrapped in a cozy, warm blanket is just too appealing to say no to. It sounds like a win to me if there’s a way to style this piece in a chic way and you get to feel warm and cozy while wearing it.

The beauty of a piece like this is it’s really easy to layer depending on the temperatures. Wear it over a cute graphic tee or pair it with a warm sweater for that added warmth that you need.
