We are no strangers to the classic little black dress. It’s a timeless piece that comes to the rescue in many a fashion emergency. Often when you aren’t sure of what to wear, the little black dress comes to the rescue and saves the day. It’s classic and timeless. But temps are heating up, Summer is almost here and some may want to trade in that little black dress for something else. Insert the little white dress…a lighter and breezier option to its sister the little black dress.
Fashion lovers often go to the little black dress because they want that clean and classic silhouette. But sometimes you want a shockingly fresh look which you can’t get with a black dress. It’s possible with color but sometimes you just don’t want color in your look. But with the little white dress, you can still create that shockingly fresh look. And let’s face it the fresh, crisp look is a look that all fashion lovers can get behind.
When Spring and Summer enter the picture, I have this desire to add color to my wardrobe but I still yearn for my neutrals. The little white dress is the perfect fresh and crisp base to add colorful accessories to. Colorful accessories add a cheerful vibe to your look and can make a neutral look playful but still polished.
