How many midi skirts are too many? I’ve recently added several and I have another one…ok maybe two in shopping carts. But one is $13.99 so does that even count? I’ll share that one with you later.

I styled this skirt for casual outings a few weeks ago so today I’m switching gears and sharing a dressed-up look. Whether you’re headed to dinner, work or church you’ll look effortlessly chic in this midi skirt.

I actually bought this top to wear with something else but I was playing dress-up in my closet the other day and the two found each other and it was love at first sight. I love when that happens.

When temps cool down, this look will look great with a cropped jacket or a moto jacket.

• Top: H&M – Ribbed top And if you don’t like sleeveless you can still get this look with a short sleeve or long sleeve top. Like the idea of a ribbed top. Here’s an option for you.

Make it Your Own:

Midi skirts are an of-the-moment staple piece so maybe the asymmetrical hem isn’t for you. That’s ok. There are plenty of other options out there. Here are a few that have caught my eye.
