When Two Trends Meet…Palm Prints & Vests

This is the year for fun prints and palm prints or tropical prints just happens to be one of them. I share a fun summer look here featuring more palm print. But today’s look is all about when two trends meet…palm prints & vests to create a great look for the office, a nice dinner out or even church. I’m sure the vest is not a surprise. If you’ve been around you know I love blazers and vests. I think they instantly elevate any look.

I will warn you now that you’re going to be seeing a lot of vests on me this year especially since its triple digits here and I’m not ready to wear a blazer yet. So I’m always on the lookout for cute new ones. Let me know if you’ve spotted any great ones that I need to add to my shopping cart.

A guy once ask me, “Jessica do you hunt?” (If you know me, you can pick yourself up off the floor from laughing.) What was my response you ask? “I hunt for fashion & fabulous finds.” One thing I’m always on the hunt for are great workwear pieces that are professional but fun. Working in a creative environment I’ve always been able to have a little fun with my workwear fashion and really show some personality. But fun fashion isn’t just for runways or creative work environments. Everyone can have fun with their wardrobe.

Mix your palm prints or splashy hibiscus flowers with your usual staples. Tame a bold print with a closet staple like these classic black pants. A vest can instantly elevate any look.
